Podium performance!
The Fox 34 Step-Cast is designed to offer without compromise performance in XC races with a tuning, a rigidity of the frame and a resistance at the highest levels.
Characteristics:
- Float Evol air spring
- Fit 4 Remote Shock
- Kashima coating
- Kabold passing assale for greater rigidity
- Adjustable damping in low -speed compression and extension
The factory says everything: rich in characteristics and designed to overcome the needs of the pilots. The products of the Factory series have an extra-list and extremely durable Kashima coating.
The Fit4 patented remote dampening system offers two damping positions to adapt to the different track conditions (Open & Firm). The forks of the Factory series are equipped with a low -speed compression adjustment at 22 clicks in open mode, allowing the pilot to develop the dampening. In addition, damping in low speed extension (10 clicks) can be adjusted.
The light Float pneumatic suspension system automatically balances positive and negative air chambers for greater sensitivity and traction regardless of setting the air pressure. Pilots can develop the characteristics of the positive air spring using volume spacers. Using a shorter upright you save weight and a light overall system is created.
When the fork is compressed, the volume of air in the lower legs decreases, increasing the pressure of the air. The more compressed the fork, the more the pressure increases. This effect may have the unwanted consequence of not being able to reach full suspension race. The channels for the lower part of the legs help to solve this problem by drastically increasing the volume of air in the lower part of the legs, thus reducing Lfurther, involuntary increase in pressure.
The rigidity/weight ratio is the final metric for the design of bicycles. Engineers invest countless hours in every gram of material to optimize this critical relationship. The Fox 34 undertakes to the maximum, saving every gram and ensuring that the requirements of rigidity and resistance of the modern trail riding are not compromised.
